You authorize Airbnb to charge for any House Rules violations as outlined below. 🕙 Quiet Hours Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM No music, parties, or excessive noise after 10:00 PM Loud conversations and disturbances are not permitted ⚠️ If a party or excessive noise occurs, guests will be required to vacate the property immediately and will be charged a $350 violation fee. 🚫 No Unregistered Guests or Visitors All guests must be registered on the reservation All guests must be present at check-in Visitors are not allowed on the property If the number of guests exceeds the reservation: The reservation will be terminated with no refund A $350 fee will be charged ⏰ Check-Out Check-out time is 10:00 AM Late check-out is not allowed unless pre-approved via messaging Late check-out fees may apply to allow proper cleaning between stays ✅ Check-Out Instructions Please complete the following before departure: Take out the trash Remove bed sheets and place them in the laundry area Place used towels in the main bathroom Wash dishes or load them into the dishwasher Return the parking pass to the kitchen counter (if applicable) ⚠️ A $50 replacement fee will apply if the parking pass is lost or misplaced. 🔊 Noise Monitor The property is equipped with a noise monitoring device This device does not record conversations and is used only to monitor noise levels 🚭 No Smoking or Vaping Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited, including balconies and common areas The property is equipped with smoke detectors Violations will result in immediate eviction with no refund A $500 cleaning fee will be charged if smoke odor remains 🚨 Smoke Detector Tampering Tampering with, disconnecting, or covering a smoke detector will result in a $350 reset and inspection fee 🐾 Pets One pet (dog or cat) is allowed only if approved and paid at booking A $50 pet fee applies Additional pet-related fees: $175 sterilization & cleaning fee if the pet is on beds or furniture $185 manager visit fee if the pet is left unattended in the unit or on the balcony $350 per unauthorized pet Violations may result in reservation cancellation with no refund. 👶 Minors Minors must not be left unattended in the unit or common areas 🚗 Parking A parking pass is required and must be displayed at all times Parking passes are located on the kitchen counter Passes must be returned at check-out ⚠️ Lost or misplaced passes will incur a $50 replacement fee 🧹 Cleanliness Please leave the property in reasonable condition Excessive mess will result in a $69 fee per additional hour of cleaning required ⚠️ Accidents & Liability The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses during your stay ❄️ Energy Use Please turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the unit 🔧 Maintenance & Entry In case of urgent maintenance, staff may need access Advance notice will always be provided A timely response is required 🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements By booking this property, you acknowledge and accept the size, layout, and sleeping arrangements as listed in the property description.Al check-in gli ospiti devono esibire un documento d'identità con foto e una carta di credito.
