Beach house Bedding and towels provided for 14 pax. There is room for more (up to 20 max with extra charge) but you will have to bring your own foams, sheets, towels etc for anyone above the 14 included (we will only provide 2 mattresses for 2 on top of the beds for 14) .2 places for duyan/hammock available. we prefer groups of 14-16 pax & allow more by derogation. 2 pets max allowed in garden and dining area (ground floor) but NOT in the bedrooms . Videoke available (extra 1000 php/day ) , barangay rules stipulates it should stop at 9pm . Crystal kayak available for rental (300php/hour). Barbecue available (free). Guests basura (garbage) must be segregated (ask staff) Private beach accessible by stairway from our garden. Smoking in the garden only (please use the ashtrays). NO LARGE PARTIES , visitors allowed within THE LIMIT OF 20 TOTAL with extra charge (whether they sleep over or not as they use the facilities ,produce basura and make noise). Visitors should leave by 11 pm. Guests in the garden should be quiet from 10 pm so as not to disturb ocean view guests, or better stay indoors after 10 pm . No peeing in the garden, 4 toilets available inside. No littering - particularly in the ocean as we try to save turtles and sealife. Thank you !
