CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT • Check-in: 2:00 PM onward (subject to PMO clearance approval) • Check-out: Strictly 11:00 AM. Late check-out may incur fees and depend on availability. 🪪 IDs & CLEARANCE • Valid government IDs of all guests must be submitted immediately after booking. • PMO clearance will only be processed once all IDs are received. 👥 GUEST POLICY • Maximum of 5 persons only inside the unit (all ages included). • Visitors allowed until 10:00 PM with prior approval only. • No overnight visitors. 📌 HOUSE RULES • No smoking anywhere within the unit or Hive premises. • Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM. • No pets allowed. • Violations may result in penalties or cancellation. 🔧 DAMAGES & FEES • Report damages immediately. • Stains/damages may incur charges. • Lost access card: ₱500 replacement fee. 🔐 Safety & Security • Please keep your belongings and vehicles secure at all times. • Kindly avoid tampering with smoke alarms or any safety equipment. • Building security may conduct occasional checks to help maintain peace and order. • We appreciate your kindness and respect toward the building’s security and maintenance personnel. • While we do our best to provide a safe and comfortable stay, the host cannot be held responsible for lost belongings, injuries, accidents, or stolen items during your visit. • A fire extinguisher is available under the sink for emergencies. • In case of fire, please use the stairs instead of the elevator. • For your safety and peace of mind, please double-lock the doors before sleeping. 🌐 Utilities & Power Interruptions • Water, electricity, and internet services are managed by third-party providers. • Temporary interruptions may occur and are beyond the host’s control. • Emergency generators automatically activate during power outages. ⚠️ Common Penalties (Not Limited To) • Improper garbage disposal: ₱1,000–₱3,000 • Smoking/vaping: ₱5,000–₱10,000 • Fire alarm due excessive smoke while cooking : ₱1,700 • Lost keys: ₱500 • PMO may provide photo/CCTV evidence for transparency. 🚫 Prohibited Items • No firearms or fireguns allowed inside the unit or within the premises. • Illegal drugs and any prohibited substances are strictly not allowed.La struttura non è disponibile per feste di addio al nubilato/celibato o simili.
