BEFORE YOU ARRIVE ONLINE CHECK-IN The first access to the apartment will be done autonomously through personalized electronic codes. During your stay you can use the keys provided in the apartment. In compliance with the regulations in force in Italy, it is mandatory to check-in online on the website of Cosmo Appartamenti for registration and electronic sending of identity documents within 24 hours before arrival, when it will be requested by the host; You must have knowledge of Italian or English to understand the instructions that will be sent in time by the host. If you do not register, you will lose your right to access the apartment and no refund will be granted. CONNECTIVITY ON THE GO Internet connection during the trip and a mobile phone enabled for calls to Italy are required to open the condominium door (no call costs).
