• PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT - Nor is making noise that disturbs the peaceful coexistence of the neighborhood - Please be considerate of the neighbors and avoid making any kind of annoying noise. • SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT. There is a €150 (+VAT) surcharge for removing tobacco odors and €100 (+VAT) for special cleaning. • The main guest or one of the accompanying guests must be over 23 years of age. Reservations where all guests are under 23 years of age are not accepted (minimum age requirement). • PETS ARE ALLOWED: Upon request and consultation before booking (you must contact us before booking). Pets are subject to a €40 supplement per stay. Guide dogs are allowed free of charge. • No cribs or extra beds are available. The accommodation is clearly defined in its description (number of rooms, beds, etc.). Reservations are accepted for up to 8 people, including adults and children. You must assess whether the conditions and descriptions of the apartment meet your needs before confirming your reservation. • CHECK-IN: Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. Upon request and consultation, your luggage can be stored from 11:30 a.m. • ALL guests must check in online and present their ID card or passport before 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival in order to access and use the apartment. Access to the apartment is autonomous with your mobile phone via a link. Option to check in in person: request this 24 hours in advance (there is a charge of €40). • CHECK-OUT: check-out time is 11:00 a.m. At that time, our cleaning service will access the apartment to get it ready for the next guest. On the day of your departure, the apartment must be left in a clean condition. All rubbish must be removed from the apartment and deposited in the various containers on the street.
