By booking and staying, you agree to these terms. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ✦ Important Information ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ >>By attending the property, you agree to the terms of the Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent for signing at the time of booking. >>Guests must provide a copy of their ID (front and back) and a selfie photo for security and insurance purposes. >>A security deposit (bond) is required and will be authorised separately. Strict no loud noise, parties, or events. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm onwards. Breaches may result in eviction. >>No schoolies or toolies permitted. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ✦ Guest Capacity ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ >>The property hosts up to 8 adults comfortably. Larger families/groups may be considered upon request — please contact us in advance. >>If more than 8 adults are booked without prior approval, and no response is received to our requests within 30 days of check-in, the booking will be cancelled with no refund. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ✦ Guest Rules ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ >>Parking is limited: maximum of 3 cars. >>Special requests ( ie extra bedding) must be made 48 hours in advance. >>Last-minute requests incur a $100 setup fee (minimum 2 hours’ notice required). >>Same-Day Booking Policy: Bookings must be made before 6:00 pm. Bookings after this time must be cancelled within 1 hour for a refund, otherwise the first night will be charged with no access. >>Bins must be placed out for collection on the correct night. (Yellow recycling bins are collected every second week.) >>This is a non-smoking property. Any cigarette butts found will result in forfeiture of the bond. >>Neighbour complaints = immediate removal or cancellation of booking >>Accidental/deliberate damage will incur repair or replacement charges. >>Guests must leave the property in a clean condition and return furniture to original positions or additional fees apply. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ✦ Guest Infringements & Penalties ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ >>Guests are liable for all costs from breaches or damages. There is a strict no pets on any beds and furniture policy at the property. Any damage or extra cleaning will apply further charges. >>Pets (where allowed) require prior approval: $37 per pet, per night (max 2 pets). >>No pets on furniture, no excessive barking/shedding >> We need to know the breed, age and size of the pets, and the type of pet. Pets must not cause danger, damage, nuisance, noise, health hazard or soil inside the house. Pets cannot be left alone in the house. You are responsible for any mess or damage your pet leaves behind or injury to another person. If you arrive at the property with a pet without prior permission you will be asked to leave without any refund or reimbursement. All dog waste must be cleaned up from the backyard before departure. Failure to do so will result in a $200 cleaning fee. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ✦ Booking & Stay Rules ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ >>Check-in: from 3:00 pm >>Check-out: by 10:00 am (unless arranged in writing) >>Late check-out without notice: $100 per hour (cleaners waiting fee). >>Early check-in: may be requested within 24 hrs of arrival (subject to availability, may incur a fee). >>Late check-out: must be requested at least 24 hrs before departure (subject to availability, may incur a fee). >>Please respect neighbours at all times when entering, leaving, and staying at the property. >>Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior written approval has been granted. >>Any unauthorised guests = immediate eviction + cancellation with no refund. ✅ By booking this property, you confirm that you have read and agree to all of the above requirements. All requests for check-in or check-out outside of scheduled hours are subject to approval by the property and must be requested at least 1 day in advance. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property without prior approval. Please note that pets are only allowed upon request and subject to approval. Pets will incur an additional charge of AUD 37 per night, per pet, and a maximum of 2 pets is allowed per booking. Please note that pets must not be left unattended in the property. Parking is available for 2 cars per reserved accommodation. Smoking on site will incur an additional charge of AUD 1000. Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests, including from smoking outside designated areas, will incur a charge. Guests are required to clean the accommodation prior to departure. Alternatively, a cleaning service is available for an additional charge. Guests booked on the same day of arrival are requested to book before 18:00. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period.
