The number of guests may not exceed the amount indicated in the reservation. Visits are only allowed with prior communication and authorization from the host. Guests must provide visitor identification as well as inform about the dates and times of their stay at the property. The presence of unregistered visitors will result in an additional cost per person, along with the application of measures for non-compliance with the reservation conditions. Pets are allowed only with prior authorization, at a cost of €30 per animal per night. This fee applies to all animals accompanying guests during their stay, regardless of whether they are inside the accommodation, outdoors, in vehicles, motorhomes, or other structures within or outside the property. The presence of undeclared animals will result in the application of the corresponding fee and penalties for non-compliance. Animals are strictly prohibited from accessing the swimming pool. Use of the swimming pool requires a prior shower to remove sunscreen, body oils, and other products. Eating, smoking, or engaging in unhygienic behavior in or around the pool is not permitted. For safety reasons, running, jumping, or reckless entries into the pool area are not allowed. Non-slip footwear is recommended in surrounding areas. Guests must act responsibly to avoid endangering their own safety or that of others present. The house has a piano in the living room, which may only be used by guests who know how to play it. It must not be used as a toy, handled improperly, or used as a surface to place objects (glasses, plates, or other items), due to its delicate nature. Upon leaving the accommodation, lights must be turned off and facilities left in proper condition. Guests must take care of the accommodation and report any damage or incident during their stay.
