Please keep in mind that this amenity is available for an additional charge and should be requested upon booking. If it's not requested and accepted with the associated charge, the hot tub won't be available during your stay. Make sure to plan ahead for a truly relaxing experience. Late check will incur a fee. CHECK IN SYSTEM Smartlock is at the front door CHECK IN/OUT TIME Check in is 3:00pm and check out time is 11:00am. Delayed check out, without communicating to us, might attracts a charge. BEDDINGS All beddings and towels are not to be taken outside the property. Missing beddings and/or towels attract a charge and do not wash the bed linen pls. SHOES Out door shoes are not allowed on the carpets, pls take your shoes off when coming into the house. APPLIANCES When leaving our home, please remember to turn off ALL appliances. PETS No pets allowed at the moment. SMOKING Smoking is not allowed in our home. All smoking must be done at the back garden. PARTIES & DECOR Parties or any form of gatherings are not allowed. Putting any form of decoration on our walls and ceiling is not permitted. PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY Our home is strictly residential, and no commercial shooting is permitted. PARKING Two car can be parked in front of the house.
