Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests will incur a charge. Children aged 0–3 years can stay free of charge when using existing bedding. In order to complete the self-check-in process, guests are required to provide an ID before arrival. Guests arriving outside check-in hours are advised to contact the property before their stay to arrange their check-in. All guests must send passport/Id of all occupants of the apartment through whatsapp to +39 334 911 5078 (active 24 hours) or through e-mail to [email protected] (limited access, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM). Without these documents, Feeling Venice Apartment reserves the right to not forward the check-in instructions and the access code. Guests must send the credit card details (only number and expiration date) in order to charge the tourist city tax and it is also a guarantee in case of damages/incidentals in the apartment. Feeling Venice Apartment reserves the right to verify validity of your credit card making a pre-authorization. All guests must send us a valid cell phone number with whatsapp application in order to receive the check-in instructions. All customers must carefully read all messages that will be sent at the time of booking and before the day of check-in and provide all the required documentation before the day of arrival. Only when we receive all the required documentation will the instructions for check-in and access codes be sent. Check in time is between 3 pm to 6 pm. Ask before your arrival day, through whatsapp application, the check-in instructions and the access codes. Guests on arrival must immediately communicate through the application whatsapp any damage found in the apartment. The apartment must be left in order, the refrigerator must be emptied, dishes must be rinsed and put in the dishwasher. If food is found in the dishes or in the fridge or sink a penalty will be charged on your credit card. Any request related to the booking (cot, extra bed, early or late check in, extra sheets and towels, apartment cleaning, etc...) is subject to availability check and you will be informed of the supplement to pay.La struttura non è disponibile per feste di addio al nubilato/celibato o simili.
