If you choose to smoke in the rooms and or there is a Pet discovered on premise, then there will be an additional $250.00 fee applied to the stay. One night deposit is required at the time of booking. The hotel has the right to pre-authorize up to $250 for incidental fee. Cancel 7 days prior to arrival to avoid additional fee of 1 (ONE) night room plus tax. In cases of cancellation WITHIN 7 (SEVEN) days of the arrival date, regardless of reason, the guest will be charged ONE (1) night room + tax.
