Only guests who are physically capable and comfortable using a ladder should access the mezzanine. It is not suitable for children, elderly, or anyone with mobility issues. By booking and using the space, you accept full responsibility for your own safety and that of any companions. The host and property owner assume no liability for injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use of the ladder or mezzanine, to the maximum extent permitted by law. If you are unsure or uncomfortable, please use the main sleeping area only. Please treat the unit and its furnishings with care. To help us keep the property in great condition, we kindly ask that large sports equipment such as bikes is not kept inside the unit. We have limited storage on site, so please keep these in your vehicle. If you are unsure, please send us your query.La struttura non è disponibile per feste di addio al nubilato/celibato o simili.
