If the air conditioning is used, electricity consumption will be measured via a separate meter and charged at cost price of €0.40 per kWh. Heating costs: The tenant is responsible for heating costs. These generally only occur during the winter months; the heating has not been used during summer stays so far. Gas consumption can be regulated by the tenant through the selected temperature settings. The house is heated with gas. The gas price is €0.20 per kWh. Please arrange in advance if you wish to charge an electric vehicle using the household electricity supply. As charging electric vehicles has led to considerable electricity costs in the past, a flat-rate electricity consumption allowance of 100 kWh is included for stays of exactly 7 days (excluding air conditioning consumption). For shorter stays, the allowance is reduced proportionally. So far, this limit has never been exceeded without charging an electric vehicle. Any additional consumption will be charged at €0.40 per kWh. For bookings of two guests, one bedroom will be provided. The second bedroom is available from the third guest onward. A security deposit of €250 is required. It will be charged a few days before arrival. The deposit is usually refunded by bank transfer within 7 days after departure, provided that no damage to the property is found during the inspection. The front entrance area of the house is under video surveillance. The property owner/host is responsible for the processing of the data. Video surveillance is carried out exclusively in the outdoor area for the purpose of protecting the property and preventing criminal activity. Indoor areas, the large rear garden, and private living areas are not monitored. The legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Recordings are viewed exclusively by the owner or a property manager appointed by the owner and are only reviewed if necessary in the event of an incident.
