House Rules and Additional Information Check-in time Check-in is flexible from 3:00 PM. We will be available during the day to assist you. If you wish to leave your luggage before 3:00 PM, this is always subject to request and availability. Self check-in Entry can be self check-in. A personal code will be sent to you on the day of your arrival. In-person check-in For late arrivals, if the guest wishes to be personally welcomed, we will be happy to receive them. This service will have an additional cost starting from 8:00 PM. Check-in (extra charges) If an in-person check-in is requested during nighttime hours, the following fees apply: From 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM → €20 From 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM → €30 From 12:00 AM to 2:00 AM → €40 Bed linen and towels Bed linen and towels are provided (per person and per stay). Stays longer than 6 nights: additional towels are provided as a courtesy. Stays shorter than 6 nights or additional requests: Towel set: €10 Bed linen set (sheets + towels): €15 Towel use (Important) It is strictly forbidden to use towels for makeup removal. Towels stained with makeup or irreversibly damaged may be charged at €10 per unit. Noise It is not allowed to play loud music in the apartment out of respect for neighbors. External noise (central location) Due to the central location of the accommodation, external noise may occur (passers-by on the street or entering their homes, neighbors, parties, or construction work). This will not be subject to any compensation. Garbage It is forbidden to leave garbage bags in the common areas of the building. Guest registration (legally required) Please note that all guests, regardless of age, must complete the legal registration form according to Order INT/321/2021, in compliance with Spanish law (Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with minors, the type of family relationship must be indicated. Failure to comply with this obligation will be a formal reason to deny access to the property and will not entitle guests to any compensation. IMPORTANT: Makeup-stained or irreparably stained towels can be claimed by the customer for replacement.
