This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 21:00 and 09:00. All guests must check in online no later than 24 hours prior to arrival, or their reservation may be canceled. For security reasons, we don't have a self-check-in option. Check-in between 03:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. is free of charge. Check-in between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm has an additional cost of 40€, between 10:00 pm and 11:30 pm, has an additional cost of 60€ and between 11:30 pm and 00:30 am 90€. No check-in after 00:30 a.m. Early check-in has a surcharge of 69€. Late check-out has a surcharge of 80€. Sometimes we can make the late check-in and early check-in free of charge, if your reservation is made without any discount, please feel free and talk to us about it. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of a lost set of keys, the lock will be replaced to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests. The replacement cost ranges from € 200 to € 250. The guest will be responsible for covering the cost of the lock replacement. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to € 1,000 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy.
