We are pet-friendly! 🐾 If you're planning to bring a dog, please let me know in advance, ideally at the time of booking. A $75 pet fee applies and goes directly toward ensuring the property is thoroughly cleaned and free of pet hair and allergens for our future guests. The fee must be paid before arrival via Zelle or Venmo. Please message me ahead of time to let me know you're bringing a pet and would like to arrange payment. Please note that **undisclosed pets will incur a $150 fee**. As a reminder, dogs are not allowed on any furniture, including beds and couches. Thank you for helping us keep the property clean and comfortable for everyone!
