House Rules General • This is a non-smoking / non-vaping property indoors (smoking is permitted outside; an ashtray is provided). • Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground and empty the ashtray before departure. • Access is strictly reserved for registered guests only (no visitors allowed in the house or in the wellness areas). • Bookings from unaccompanied youth groups or groups without a responsible adult are not accepted. Pets • Pets are allowed only upon prior request and written approval from the property before booking. • Guests must provide details about the animal (type, age, behavior, and cleanliness). • Maximum one pet per stay. • A mandatory €50 fee per stay applies. • Pets must be clean, calm, and well-behaved. • Pets are strictly not allowed upstairs (bedrooms). • Pets are not permitted on sofas, armchairs, or beds. • Pets are strictly prohibited in all wellness facilities (jacuzzi, sauna, hammam) for hygiene reasons and to protect the water quality and filtration system. • Please clean up after your pet in the garden and dispose of waste in a closed bag in the outdoor bin. • Pets must not cause any damage or disturbance. • Any damage or deterioration caused by a pet (furniture, textiles, garden, or equipment) will be charged at the actual cost of repair, professional cleaning, or replacement, based on receipts. • The property reserves the right to cancel any reservation that does not comply with these conditions. Wellness area & jacuzzi • For safety reasons, glassware and glass objects are strictly prohibited in the wellness areas or around the jacuzzi (plastic glasses are provided). • Food and drinks are not allowed inside the jacuzzi. • A shower is available in the hammam next to the jacuzzi: a soapy shower is required before each use to remove creams, oils, and body residues and help maintain clean water. • The jacuzzi temperature must not exceed 38°C. • It is strictly forbidden to add anything to the jacuzzi water (essential oils, soaps, bubble bath, bath salts, scented products, or any other substances). These products immediately affect the water, clog the filters, and may require technical cleaning of the spa. Exceptional cleaning • If additional deep cleaning is required after your stay in the house or wellness areas (pet hair, stains, food, furniture, textiles, jacuzzi, filter, or filtration system), a €80 flat cleaning fee may be charged.
