Check-In & Key Collection: All guests are required to complete our secure Online Check-In prior to arrival in order to collect keys. The secure link will be emailed to you before your check-in date and includes ID and card verification, as well as payment of the security deposit. Keys can only be collected by the booking holder. Alternatively, a secondary guest (over the age of 18) can be nominated for key collection during the online check-in process. Key collection is available from 3 PM. You can find the lockbox in the Circle on Cavill retail area, located at 9 Ferny Avenue, Surfers Paradise. We only provide 2 guests keys per apartment. As we operate a fully contactless check-in and check-out, luggage storage is not available. Payments & Security Deposit: Wow Stay does not offer a pay-on-arrival option. We do not accept payments via gift cards or cash. Refunds are issued solely to the original payment method. Guests whose cards are lost, stolen, or canceled must contact their financial institution to access refunded funds. All card payments incur a 1.75% surcharge. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover only. Cancellations & Booking Policies: All payments are final. We do not permit cancellations, refunds, or date changes once payment has been received. In the event you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to a friend or family member. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances. Property Rules & Guest Conduct: A strict no-smoking policy applies within all apartments. All apartments are individually furnished. The photos provided are for reference only, and while each unit meets the advertised standard, decor, furniture, and layout may vary. Daily housekeeping or room servicing is not included. Our self-contained apartments have laundry facilities and an initial supply of essentials, which are not replenished during your stay. Wow Stay operates as an independent accommodation provider and is not associated with the resort or the building's on-site management. Building management independently oversees all facilities, common areas, parking, and overall building operations. Consequently, any issues pertaining to these aspects are beyond our purview. We reserve the right to terminate a booking without refund if guests engage in abusive or threatening behavior towards staff, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or act in a manner that poses a safety risk to themselves, staff, or other guests. This policy applies from the time of booking through departure. Additional Building Notices: Built in 2004, many units at Chevron Renaissance have not been renovated. If modern accommodation is important to you, we suggest looking into our newer Gold Coast properties. Circle on Cavill apartments feature split-system air conditioning. This system cools either the living area or the bedrooms, but not both at the same time. Ongoing tram construction near Sierra Grand may cause noise during the day and night until 2026.
