- Quiet hours: 22:00 hrs to 08.00 hrs. - No third party bookings allowed, the person who makes the reservation must be in the apartment and is responsible for the other guests. As an exception, we may be able to allow friends and family with our previous consent. You need to let us know full names and ID numbers. We reserve ourselves the right of admission. - No smoking or use of drugs in the apartment. Failure to comply will result in the termination of your stay without reimbursement. - Once the reservation is made, you'll have to send us full names of each guest and their DNI/passport numbers so we can generate the access to the apartment. In case you do not send this information, you won't have access to the apartment. - To give you the keys of the apartment, a picture of your DNI/passport may be taken. We will only give the keys of the apartment to the person who made the reservation. - Underage guests must be with their parents or legal guardian. - For stays 4 nights or longer, cleaning services are offered at an extra fee. It has to be booked with at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability. - The use of the swimming pool is only for registered guests and must be booked at the building’s front desk. The pool is in maintenance on Mondays and Thursdays. The use of this area does not have an additional cost.
