Exceeding the guest limit, including infants and children, may result in booking termination. ✔ Cleaning: Mid-stay cleaning and linen changes are available for an additional fee. Please contact us to schedule. If the home is left in an unreasonable state, additional cleaning fees may apply. ✔ Keys: Lost or misplaced keys incur replacement costs, plus a call-out fee if staff are required to attend the property. ✔ Damages: Accidents happen! Please notify us immediately of any damage so we can arrange repairs or replacements before the next guest arrives. Guests may be liable for the cost of repairs for any damage caused. ✔ Complimentary Amenities: In the spirit of sustainability, refillable bottles are provided. Please do not discard or take these items. If you wish to keep any products, we can arrange a purchase and replacement for the next guest. Missing items will incur a replacement charge. ✔ Long Stays (30+ nights): Guests booking 30 nights or more must review and sign a long-stay rental agreement prior to arrival. The agreement includes periodic property inspections and other conditions specific to extended stays. By confirming the booking, guests agree to comply with all terms outlined in the long-stay agreement, or must cancel their reservation immediately if they do not accept these terms after review. ✔ Pool Safety: Glassware is not permitted in the pool area.
