By booking this property, guests agree to comply with the following house rules. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or termination of the reservation without refund. ⸻ GENERAL CONDUCT • No parties, events, or gatherings of any kind • No unregistered guests at any time • Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM • This is a residential property, please respect neighbors at all times Violation of party or event rules will result in a $750 fee and immediate termination of the stay. ⸻ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT • Check-in: After 4:00 PM • Check-out: 11:00 AM sharp Late check-out is not guaranteed and must be approved in advance. Late Check-Out Fees: • $250 for the first hour past 11:00 AM • $500 applies once the stay exceeds one hour past check-out, even if only by a few minutes • $500 applies for each additional hour thereafter Remaining on the property past check-out time, including outdoor areas, counts as continued occupancy. ⸻ SMOKING POLICY • No smoking inside the home • Smoking is permitted outdoors only, with doors and windows fully closed • Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly Smoking inside the property or evidence of smoke odor will result in a $500 fee. ⸻ PET POLICY • Pets are allowed only if disclosed and approved in advance • A $35 pet fee applies per pet per night • Pets must not be left unattended and must be kept off furniture Unauthorized pets or pet-related damage may result in additional charges. ⸻ CLEANLINESS & CARE • A starter supply of household items (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, basic toiletries) is provided for approximately 2–3 nights • Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed • Laundry detergent is not provided. Guests may use their preferred detergent • Please dispose of trash in designated bins • Furniture and decor must remain in their original location Excessive cleaning, stains, or mess beyond normal use may result in additional cleaning charges. ⸻ LAUNDRY • Washer and dryer are available for guest use • Guests must provide their own detergent • Please clean lint traps after use ⸻ SECURITY & SAFETY • Do not tamper with smoke detectors, safety devices, or locks • Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property • Doors and windows must remain closed to prevent insects and pests Leaving doors or windows open resulting in pests or additional cleaning may incur fees. ⸻ DAMAGES • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay • Damage must be reported immediately • Repair or replacement costs will be charged as applicable ⸻ ENFORCEMENT Failure to follow house rules may result in: • Additional fees • Cancellation of the reservation without refund • Removal from the propertyAl check-in gli ospiti devono esibire un documento d'identità con foto e una carta di credito.
