SUNDAYS CLOSED Consult long weekends and holidays out of high season. Late check-in will be done through a code mailbox, you must contact the reception so that this code is provided to the customer and both the reservation and the deposit must be paid. Departure time from the flats is 10:00h at the latest. The rate does not include towels and bed linen. You can bring your own bed linen or rent it at the reception. EXTRAS: (to be paid at reception) - Cots: 7€ / day. - Extra beds: 7€/day. - Bed linen: 6€ per bed/stay. - Towels: 25€ set of 5 shower towels (to be paid in cash). - Air conditioning: 10€ / day Parking and wifi available Pets are not allowed Seasonal swimming pool, open from June 15th to September 15th (modifications subject to the community of neighbours of the property). Guests must pay a deposit of 150€ by credit card, no cash will be accepted. After departure, the flat is subject to an inspection by Alquileres Peñiscola, the deposit will be returned to the same card within 7 days. The photographs of the interiors are examples of the variety of flats we have available. They are assigned according to planning, so we cannot guarantee a specific height, view or flat. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. The guest will have to pay 100% of the total price in advance within 14 days before the arrival date.
