Smoking is not allowed under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least EUR 400. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment. Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine). The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft or robbery that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
