Studios with Mezzanine Rua da Moeda is a set of 7 self-catered Studio apartments, all below the roof with lots of skylights and wooden beams showing the over 200 year old roof construction.
The Studios are accessible through a nice stairway with tiles from the early 19th century.
These 7 Studios are located in the neighborhood known as Cais do Sodré with its official name MISERICORDIA.
The building has restaurants in the ground floor, offices in the 1st floor and 7 fully equipped Studio apartments in the 2nd floor. It is located in front of a park and right opposite of famous Lisbons´ market MERCADO DA RIBEIRA with half of the space being TIME OUT MARKET with over 30 food stalls of best chef cooks of Lisbon.
The property is 250 meters away from central, 300 metres from Bairro Alto and 500 metres from historical Chiado. Lisbon’s International Airport is located 8.3 km away from the units.
This accommodation has no reception and guests do self-check-in with a digital key code and also do self-check-out . The property will ask you for your personal email address and WhatsApp number. It is mandatory prior arrival to do an online- check -in procedure. After submitting, the digital key code will be created and it is valid during the stay. The key code is needed to enter the building, a hallway door and the door of the booked Studio.

Please note that there is no daily cleaning of the Studio. You may request cleaning at Studios Mezzanine for an additional fee. Bedsheets and towels are changed every 5 days.

Please note that the Studios are not recommended for small children or guests with limited mobility because of their high mezzanines. They are allowed though but under the guest's own risk.
