Arrival: Included in your stay is a round-trip speedboat transfer from Bocas Town. Scheduled pick up time is at 2:00pm from the Bocas airport or 3:00pm from our dock in town. This pick up time aligns with Air Panama Flight 982 (arriving at 2:00pm) from Panama City. Return trips depart from Casa Cayuco after lunch, at 12:30pm. If your travel plans require a transfer outside of our scheduled transfer time, the property can accommodate you for an additional fee. ***Upon securing the booking, property will email you a Traveler Information Form. Every booking must fill this form out once travel plans have been secured, so Casa Cayuco can coordinate your pickup.*** Initial Payment: Please note that 50% payment is required to guarantee the partially-refundable reservations. 100% payment is required to guarantee any non-refundable reservations. After completion of the booking, the property will charge your credit card the required payment due. Prices and Taxes: All room charges are subject to 10% Panama Hotel Tax and all incidental charges are subject to 7% Panama Tourism Tax. Minimum Stay: In an effort to minimize our carbon footprint, the property requires a three night minimum stay. Age Requirement: Due to remote location the property is unable to accommodate guests under the age of 5. Smoking Policy: Property is a smoke-free resort. There is no smoking permitted in guest rooms or public spaces. Beverage Policy: Property has a full bar which includes well and premium liquors, an organic wine list and classic Panamanian beers. Consumption of outside alcohol while on property is not permitted.
