The black bins must be placed in the front of the home on Sunday night, and no later than Monday 8am. The trash bin itself must be placed on the street and away from the curb. In the event cops are called to the home or any of the above rules are broken. This could be grounds for termination with no refunds. Please allow 2Hrs before reentering Jacuzzi before it is considered to be safe to jump back in. No glass in / around tub (this could result in a fine minimum to $500). Enjoy at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries for both pool and spa The spa must remain covered at all times meanwhile not in use. Please no standing or sitting on top of the tub meanwhile it is closed. The top is custom made for this exclusive hot tub and this item costs between $600-$1000 to replace. We reserve the right to terminate stay, without reimbursements, if any of the above rules are not adhered to.
