The majority of building amenities are still down, including the pool. Please note that this property has some aftereffects caused by Hurricane Ian/Nicole that are not shown in the photos and descriptions that were taken prior to the storm. The condo unit is currently available based on it being in a rentable condition. We are still more than happy to accept bookings if you'd like to stay in our condo!! There will be no refunds or credits for the aforementioned issues if applicable. The pool(s) are still down from 2022 hurricane(s). Fitness Room closed until further notice. Beach access is available next door at the Dunlawton Beach ramp. Please inquire before booking if a certain amenity is mandatory for your stay, as this information is evolving.
