House Rules and Additional Information VERY IMPORTANT: please check the photos of the selected accommodation. This accommodation has 2 different apartments, with different layouts. In your reservation you will see the name of the apartment you have previously selected. We do not make changes to your reservation for this reason. Check-in time Check-in is flexible from 15:00 onwards. During the day we will be available to help you. If you wish to leave your luggage before 15:00, this will always be upon request and subject to availability. Self check-in Access may be self check-in. A personal code and instructions will be sent to you on the day of your arrival. In-person check-in For night arrivals, if the guest wishes to be attended in person, we will be happy to welcome them. This service will incur an additional cost from 20:00 onwards. If requesting an in-person check-in during night hours, the following supplements will apply: From 20:00 to 21:00 → €20 From 22:00 to 00:00 → €30 From 00:00 to 02:00 → €40 Bed linen and towels Bed linen and towels are provided (per person and per stay). Stays longer than 6 nights: additional towels are provided as a courtesy. Stays shorter than 6 nights or additional requests: Towel set: €10 Bed linen set (sheets + towels): €15 Use of towels (Important) It is strictly forbidden to use towels for removing make-up. Towels stained with make-up or irreversibly damaged may be charged at €10 per item. Noise It is not permitted to play loud music in the apartment, out of respect for the neighbours. External noise (central location) Due to the central location of the accommodation, noise disturbances may occur (pedestrians in the street or accessing their homes, neighbours, parties or building works). This will not be subject to any compensation. Rubbish It is forbidden to dispose of rubbish bags in the common areas of the building. Keys Please always carry your keys with you. Loss of keys has a cost of €25. Guest registration (mandatory by law) Please note that all guests, regardless of age, must complete the legal registration form in accordance with Order INT/321/2021, in compliance with Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021). When travelling with minors, the type of family relationship must be indicated. Failure to comply with this obligation will be formal grounds for denying access to the property and will not give rise to any type of compensation.
