Property Rules / Guest Compliance Terms As per Booking.com guidelines, this property strictly accommodates a maximum of 9 guests only. No parties, gatherings, or additional guests beyond 9 are allowed at any time without prior written approval from the owner/host. Strict Rules: Maximum Occupancy: Only 9 guests are permitted on the property unless prior written permission is obtained. No Unauthorized Parties: Any party or event with more than the approved number of guests is strictly prohibited. Parking: Parking is allowed only in designated areas. No parking is permitted on neighbouring properties, roadways, or any restricted areas. No Smoking / No Weed: Smoking, vaping, cannabis, weed, or any related substances are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. No Disturbance: No loud music, nuisance, disturbance, or disruptive behaviour is allowed, especially after 10:00 PM, in accordance with city by-laws. Neighbour Respect: Guests must not disturb neighbours or enter/use any neighbouring property. Prior Approval Required: If you require additional guests or are planning any gathering, written permission must be obtained from the host before the booking/event. Non-Compliance: Any violation of these rules will be treated as a serious breach of the booking terms and may result in cancellation of the booking, removal from the property, forfeiture of payments/deposits, and/or additional charges for damages or penalties. Owner Rights: The owner/host reserves the right to terminate the stay and require guests to vacate the property immediately in the event of rule violations, unsafe conduct, nuisance, illegal activity, or non-compliance with city laws or property rules.
