These are private apartments operated by MR-Collection, not hotel rooms at Fairmont. The Three-Bedroom Apartment category includes two full-size bedrooms and a small 6 sq m maid's room without a window, with a single bed and en-suite shower. The maid's room is an additional sleeping room, not an equivalent full-size bedroom. A sixth adult uses an additional bed provided free on request; the sofa is not a sofa bed. Two ReConnect cards are provided. Pool, beach and gym access for the booked party is arranged using cards and guest passes, subject to the programme's current terms, age limits and availability. Access operates seven days a week including public holidays. Family pool and beach: 07:00-19:00; adults' pool: 07:00-19:00, age 21+; gym: 06:00-22:00. Hours may change and temporary closures may occur. Kids' Club: 2 complimentary hours daily for eligible children 3-12, advance reservation required, while the adult programme participant remains at Fairmont facilities; extra time may incur a fee. Confirm access for your party before arrival. Present cards at each visit and return both at check-out. Lost-card replacement: AED 100. Club towels must remain and be returned at the club; taking one away incurs AED 100. Housekeeping every second day and linen/towel changes every fourth day are included, as is final cleaning. Additional cleaning requires at least 24 hours' notice: AED 220 without linen change or AED 330 with linen change. Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 12:00. Arrival is arranged through the apartment team/residence, not the hotel front desk. Early check-in before 11:00 is 50% of a night's rate; after 11:00 it may be free if vacant and ready. One allocated parking space per apartment; no valet or luggage storage. Service charge AED 20 per night remains an additional charge. No security deposit is collected.Les enterrements de vie de célibataire et autres fêtes de ce type sont interdits dans cet établissement.
