- Towels, bed sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival; however, replacement or change during your stay is not included. - Baby crib: Price: 30.00 EUR per reservation. Is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it. -Extra guest: Each additional guest not included in the booking will be charged 10 EUR per night. -Late arrival: - Our check-in time is from 3PM. to 7PM, Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this hours, we will charge 30 EUR in cash, after 10PM it will be 50 EUR. - If the arrival day is a local or national holiday or weekend, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10PM, after 10PM it will be 50 EUR. - If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 or 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 40 EUR until 10PM, after 10PM it will be 60 EUR. - The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will be applied (6.25EUR/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights). - Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and the balcony. - Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine). The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
