Please note that while we aim to provide a comfortable and peaceful stay, our property is located in a neighborhood where noise from surrounding traffic, neighbors, local events, construction, or other environmental factors occur. These factors are outside the control of the host. By booking this property, guests acknowledge and agree that the host shall not be held responsible or liable for any inconvenience, disturbance, or discomfort caused by external noise, and that no compensation or refund will be provided for such occurrences. Guests further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the host from any claims or demands arising from noise-related disturbances during their stay.
