✅ CHECK-IN: From 16:00 to 23:00. For security reasons, the instructions and access codes for the apartment will be provided at 15:45 on the day of your arrival. If you would like to enter before 16:00, you must inform us upon arrival. If the apartment is ready, we may be able to offer early access, but we cannot guarantee it, as it depends on the previous guest’s departure and the cleaning schedule. ✅ For security reasons, luggage or belongings cannot be left in the apartment during the cleaning process. ✅ CHECK-OUT: Until 11:00. If you would like a late check-out, you must request it at least 24 hours in advance. Subject to availability, we will confirm whether it is possible and the corresponding additional cost: * From 11:00 to 13:00: €39 * From 13:00 to 15:00: €59 * From 15:00 to 17:00: €99 ✅ UNAUTHORIZED LATE CHECK-OUT: If you leave the apartment later than the established check-out time (11:00) without notifying the accommodation, the following amount will be deducted from your security deposit as a penalty depending on the actual departure time: * Departure between 11:00 and 12:00: €350 * Departure between 12:00 and 13:00: €405 * Departure between 13:00 and 14:00: €465 * Departure between 14:00 and 15:00: €535 * Departure between 15:00 and 16:00: €615 ✅ ADDITIONAL GUESTS: Only the guests registered in the reservation are allowed to enter the property. If you wish to increase the number of guests from your original reservation, the cost is €39 per additional person per night. Access to the property by any unregistered or unpaid guest will result in the full loss of the security deposit. ✅ CLEANING DURING THE STAY: The cleaning fee after check-in is included in the reservation. If you would like extra cleaning service or towel changes, you must contact us, and an additional fee equivalent to the established cleaning cost for your reservation will apply. ✅ PETS: Pets are allowed upon prior notice, with a supplement of €25 per pet per night. Access to the property by any unregistered or unpaid pet will result in the full loss of the security deposit. ✅ NO SMOKING inside the apartment. ✅ NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. ✅ Please respect the neighbors’ rest, especially during nighttime hours. ✅ Use the facilities carefully and leave the apartment in good condition. Any damage caused must be reported and, if applicable, compensated. Failure to comply with any of the rules mentioned above will result in the full loss of the security deposit without the right to a refund.
