Please note that towels, bed linens, and toilet paper are provided upon arrival; however, replacements or additional changes during your stay are not included. Baby crib: Price €30 per reservation. It is not guaranteed and must be requested 24–48 hours in advance; if available, we will provide it. Extra guest: Each additional guest not included in the original reservation will be charged €10 per night. Check‑in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (please contact us if you need an earlier check‑in). Outside these hours, a €30 fee will apply; after 10:00 p.m. the fee is €50, and after midnight it is €80. If your arrival falls on a weekend or on a local or national holiday, the fee will be €30 until 10:00 p.m., €50 after 10:00 p.m., and €80 after midnight. For arrivals on 25/12, 26/12, or 01/01, the fee is €50 until 10:00 p.m. and €100 after 10:00 p.m. The Tourist Tax in Barcelona for 2026 will be applied (€6.25 per person per night for guests over 16, up to 7 nights). From April 1, 2026, the tax will increase to €9.50 per person per night. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony. Any report or evidence of smoking will result in immediate eviction and a minimum fine of €400. Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited. If we receive a complaint or if neighbors, security, or police must intervene, a €500 fine will apply, in addition to any official penalties. The property is not responsible for theft, robbery, or loss of personal belongings. Guests are advised to take appropriate precautions, use safety deposit boxes if available, and ensure that doors and windows are properly closed and secured. The safekeeping of personal belongings is the guest’s sole responsibility.
