If a party or excessive noise results in complaints from neighbours, body corporate, or police involvement, this will be treated as a major breach of house rules. Security call-outs: If security is required to attend the property, the first call-out will incur a $250 fee. A second call-out will result in a $500 fee and immediate eviction from the property without refund. Late checkout = $100 per hour while cleaners waiting. Pets must not cause danger, damage, nuisance, noise, health hazard or soil inside the house. Pets cannot be left alone in the house. You are responsible for any mess or damage your pet leaves behind or injury to another person. If you arrive at the property with a pet without prior permission you will be asked to leave without any refund or reimbursement. All dog waste must be cleaned up from the backyard before departure.
