Damage deposit
A damage deposit of THB 15000 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. , subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
Important information
The property requires prepayment via bank transfer or PayPal. Guests will receive a direct email from the property within 24 hours of booking with instructions. To confirm the reservation booked longer than 60 days before the arrival, a 30% deposit is required within 48 hours once email is received. For bookings made within the 60 day-period of the arrival, the full payment is required within 48 hours.
Please note that cleaning services are provided 3 times per week and bed linen will be changed once a week.
Please be informed that breakfast is not served on-site. Guests requesting for breakfast will be charged upon check-in and a voucher will be given. The breakfast area is located approximately 50 metres away from the villa.
