Damage deposit
A damage deposit of AUD 100 is required 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
Important information
Debiting your credit card. For all bookings, regardless of cancellation policy, that are booked for more than 30 days from the check in date, 25 percent of the total accommodation costs will be debited from your nominated credit card upon booking confirmation, with the remaining 75 percent debited 30 days before your check in date. For all bookings, regardless of cancellation policy, that are booked within 30 days of check in, 100 percent of the total accommodation costs will be debited from your nominated credit card upon booking confirmation.
Cancellation policy. For bookings made under the partially refundable policy, cancellations made for more than 30 days before check in will have the nightly accommodation fare plus cleaning costs refunded, whilst cancellations made within 30 days of check in will have the cleaning fee refunded. For bookings made under the non refundable policy, the cleaning fee only will be refunded.
Preauthorisation security hold. A 100 dollars security deposit is preauthorised 3 days before check in, charged on the day of your arrival and refunded within approximately 7 days, this is dependent on your banks timeline, after check out if there is no damage, overstay, smoking or loss of keys. We reserve the right to withhold this security deposit or part thereof in the event of damage, overstay, smoking, loss of keys etc.
Credit card service fee. A 3 percent credit card processing fee applies to all transactions.
Id. Please upload a copy of your driving license or passport once you receive the link to a check in form. If required by building management, your ID will be verified in person, and you may need to complete an arrival form.
Parking, if provided. Check parking space dimensions for your specific room due to possible restrictions.
Communication. We are available online from 9am to 10pm. For urgent matters, leave your contact number, and we will get in touch during the same hours.
Check in. Please notify us of your check in time at least a day in advance, with 48 hours of notice for arrivals after 8pm.
Check out. Any overstay beyond standard check out time, 10am, without prior approval will incur a charge of 100 dollars per hour or part thereof.
Keys. 1 set is provided as a standard for 1 and 2 bedroom properties and 2 sets provided for properties with 3 or more bedrooms. Lost keys or devices will be charged at 250 dollars per set.
Extra guests fee. For 1 and 2 bedroom properties, a fee of 29 dollars per night per guest will be charged for additional guests beyond 2. For 3 or 4 bedroom properties, a fee of 29 dollars per night per guest will be charged for additional guests beyond 4.
Third party bookings. We do not allow bookings made on behalf of a third party without our prior approval.
Security measures. Any unauthorized OVERNIGHT guests, excessive noise, partying, or smoking will lead to loss of security deposit, a fine and an immediate eviction as per building management rules.
Pet policy. Pets are not allowed in the property. Evidence of pets will result in a security deposit loss and additional cleaning fees for the guest.
Damage. Report any damages immediately to avoid charges to your security deposit. You are responsible for repair or replacement costs of any damaged items.
Property condition. This is a residential property, so wear and tear on carpets, furniture, and walls is normal. External window cleaning is managed periodically by the building. Inform us immediately about any cleanliness or presentation issues. Reimbursement requests will not be considered if we are not given the chance to address them. Note that furniture and artwork may differ from the listing photos due to regular updates.
Facilities. Building management may close facilities without notice, and advertised amenities like pools, gyms, etc. cannot be guaranteed if emergency repairs are required.
Welcome pack. We do not replenish consumables like soap, shampoo, conditioner, salt, pepper, etc during your stay but provide a starter pack with soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, tea and washing and dishwashing powder.
Smart TV. Not all properties are equipped with a smart TV. Please refer to the listing description or ask us directly.
Liability. We are not liable for any damage, loss, or injury to guests or their belongings during the stay, including personal injury, theft, or property damage of guests. Guests should secure their belongings and exercise caution on the premises. Report any issues promptly for resolution.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
