Maximum occupancy is 8 people in total, including children and infants. - All overnight guests must be declared as part of the booking. - Visitors are only permitted by prior agreement. - Please provide an approximate arrival time or arrival window by the evening before arrival and let us know if plans change. - Check-in normally includes identity confirmation and completion of the refundable security deposit arrangements before access is provided. - The Lead Guest should normally be present at check-in. If another adult included in the booking will arrive first or complete check-in on their behalf, please let us know in advance so that alternative arrangements can be agreed. - Parties, events and gatherings are not permitted. - Checkout is by 11:00 am unless otherwise agreed in advance. - The cleaning fee covers a normal changeover. Reasonable additional costs may apply where substantially more cleaning, staffing, damage, waste disposal or other work is required because of the stay.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
