- No Bucks or Hens Parties/Events Unauthorised group parties or events will result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund and additional fees if damages occur. - Unregistered Guests & Additional Charges Only the guests included in the confirmed booking are permitted at White Haven. Any undeclared guests will incur an additional charge per person, per night, and will result in the booking being terminated without refund. For safety, insurance, and compliance reasons, all guests must be declared at the time of booking. - Infants are babies under 12 months old. Toddlers over 12 months old are considered a a numbered guest in the total headcount with a max of 13 - White Haven is a strictly non‑smoking property. Smoking or vaping inside the house will incur a $300 deep‑cleaning fee to remove smoke odour and residue. - Bed & Linen Usage The number of beds available for use corresponds to the number of guests on the booking. For example, a booking for 4 guests includes use of 4 beds. Any additional beds used beyond the number of guests booked will incur an extra linen and cleaning fee of $50 per bed. Please message us with your preferred bed configuration prior to arrival. All extra bedrooms will be locked. - Please be mindful not to stain bed sheets or towels with fake tan or make up. Charges apply for stained linen and towels. A $200 cleaning fee applies for excessive staining. Permanently damaged items will be charged in addition to the cleaning fee at cost ($30 per towel, $100 per sheet set). - If you use the BBQ, Oven, Pizza Oven, Air Fryer, Coffee Machine, please clean them after use. BBQ cleaning products can be found in kitchenette and other products under the kitchen sink. Additional charges apply per item that is left dirty. - Please wash and pack away all dishes before check out. Additional charges apply if dirty dishes are left behind or not put away. - Please leave the house how you found it. In a clean and tidy manor. Any excessive mess will incur additional charges. - Please close all windows and lock doors on check out. Place covers back on spa, BBQ, pizza oven and heaters. - Please put back any furniture that was moved to where you found it. - Please turn off all lights (inside and outside) all gas bottles, AC, fans, fire place, air hockey table, TVs. - Any damages must be reported before check-out. - No electric vehicle charging permitted. Fines apply. Closest charging location is in Nowra, at the Berry Street car park. - Strictly NO pets allowed. - Quiet Hours 10pm - 7am in respect of our friendly neighbours. Please note we have security cameras at the front of the house. $250 fine per hour applies for over staying pre approved checkout timeThis property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
