The property currently operates on a room only or self-catering model. Please note the guests do not have access to the breakfast room in the main house. A site plan will be supplied for guests to access their accommodation prior to booking and a mobile number to communicate, if any emergencies arise. Check-in starts at 16:00 to enable the rooms to be deep cleaned between guests. Please note that Iffin Farmhouse is open all year. However, there will be no breakfast, evening meals or rooms serviced from: 12:00 23 December - 27 December (inclusively) and 12:00 on 31 December - 1 January (inclusively) Please note that guests checking out after 10:30 will be charged an additional fee of GBP 50 unless prior arrangements have been made.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
