➡️ Guestflow is a trusted third-party platform we use to streamline the pre check-in process. 🪪Through Guestflow, guests MUST complete important steps, including uploading a photo ID securely ahead of arrival (required for insurance and fraud prevention) ➡️ Guestflow provides a Guest App, where you’ll find your access instructions, property guide, and other helpful information for your stay. 🔞Lead Guest Minimum Age is 21 🤫Quiet hours after 11PM. Breach of quiet hours will result in a fee of £50. 🙅Strictly no stag or hen parties. 🙅 No illegal activities or solicitation of any kind are permitted on the premises. 🚭Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs. 🚮Waste management rules will be provided. Failure to follow them will result in a £150 fee. 🕔Standard Late Checkout Fee: £10 per hour for approved late check-outs. 🚫Unauthorised late checkout fee: £50 per hour if cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed, plus the cleaning fee. 💰 The refundable damage deposit will be returned within 7 days of your departure, excluding the £3 admin fee, following a successful property inspection.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
