A security deposit of AED 500, collected by Booking.com, will be refunded via bank transfer within 5–7 business days following your departure. This refund is processed upon a successful post-stay inspection of the property. The cleaning service included in the cleaning fee covers post-stay cleaning. Additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra charge. Basic amenities such as toiletries, toothpaste, detergents, coffee capsules, and extra toiletries are not provided during the stay. However, these can be made available upon request for an additional charge. Smoking and parties are prohibited inside the apartment.
