Early check-in (if available) is an extra EUR35 and needs to be requested in good time prior to arrival. Late check-out fee (60 min after check-out time) is half the cost of the previous night. Check-out time will be measured as the time when the lock is locked for the last time. Delays of more than 120min will incur one extra night charge. There is an iron for your use, as well as an ironing board. Some guests have wrongly set the temperature too high causing their clothes to burn and leaving a residue on the iron surface, which makes it unusable. Please watch the temperature of the iron, as the cost of replacing it will be charged in case of damage! In line with the environmental concerns that drive City Centre Penthouse, we ask our guests to do their part in reducing their energy consumption in general. Any and all deposit deductions (and any work derived from not following house rules on deposit payment or reimbursement) will incur a EUR50 administrative fee, on top of the cost to replace like-for-like any missing or damaged items, plus 3.9% payment processor fee.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
