Security Deposit or Damage Waiver: During your pre check-in, you'll be asked to choose one of the following options: Security Deposit Authorisation (£300) – A temporary hold is placed on your card before arrival. This is not a payment or charge and is automatically released 3 days after checkout once the property has been reviewed. OR Damage Waiver (£40) – A one-time, non-refundable fee that removes the requirement for a security deposit hold on your card. Many guests prefer the Damage Waiver as it avoids having funds temporarily held during their stay, but the choice is entirely yours. One of the options must be selected and authorised before check-in instructions can be released and access provided to the property.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
