Quiet hours after 23:00. Breach of quiet hours will result in a fee. Strictly no stag or hen parties The property has a strict no-smoking policy. If signs of smoking cause damage, an additional fee will be incurred. Upon access, a list of waste management rules will be provided. If these are not followed, a fee will be charged. A standard late check-out fee will be charged for approved late check-outs. If a guest provides short notice for a late check-out or our cleaners are already en route or on-site and unable to proceed due to the guest's continued presence, a fee per hour will be incurred until departure, in addition to the cleaning fee. The refundable damage deposit will be returned within 7 days of your departure, minus a GBP 3 admin fee, upon a successful property inspection. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
