Please note that room rates do not include an electrical usage fee. The electrical fee will be charged at THB 6 per unit. The amount will be deducted from the security deposit paid at the end of the guest stay. Cleaning services and towel change will be provided once every 3 days, while bed sheets will be changed once per week. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
