Please note that online check-in is mandatory. If it is not completed before arrival, guests must visit our office with a valid ID or passport in order to complete and sign the check-in process prior to accessing the property. Keys will not be handed over until the details of all guests have been provided. Please also note that, temporarily and while awaiting the necessary authorization from the relevant authorities, the elevator is not available. The penthouse is located on the fourth floor of the building. Kindly note that check-in after 7:00 PM is subject to a late check-in fee of EUR 30. This fee must be paid upon arrival either in cash or by credit card through a secure payment link.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
