Please note: The City of Mandurah is currently undertaking seawall upgrade works along Town Beach, directly in front of Nautica Residences Mandurah. Some construction activity and noise may be experienced during this time. The works are scheduled to conclude by Friday 17 April 2026.
Temporary fencing and equipment may partially impact ocean views from the swimming pool area. The pool and spa are scheduled to remain open throughout the works.
