Please note that: - Kids over 4 years old should be accompanied and supervised by their parents on the terrace & in the pool area. - All guests will pay the stay of EUR .50 per night, valid from 01/01/18, which will be out of the basic price and will be paid upon arrival of the guests. - Children from 4 years of age and above are accepted, due to the rails out on the veranda not being suitable for younger children. - Children up to 18 years old must be accompanied and supervised by their parents on the terrace & in the pool area and generally all over the place of the villa. The villa does not take any responsibility in the event of an accident. - The villa has an alarm system. Guests are obliged when is absent of the Villa to activate the alarm system. We assume no responsibility in the event of loss of personal belongings. - On departure guests are assured that they have taken all their personal belongings. The villa does not take any responsibility in case of forgotten items. - The villa is not responsible for any injuries or even deaths caused by severe weather or other causes.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
