Check in takes place starting from 2.00 pm while check out must preferably take place by 11.00 am. Any check in and check out outside these time slots are upon request and subject to charges. Specifically: EARLY CHECK IN: from 06:00 to 07:00 A.M. it costs €50.00 per room From 07:00 A.M. until 12:00 has a cost of €40.00 per room. After this time slot it is free on request. LATE CHECK OUT: the cost is 25% of the price per night of the room, which must always be requested well in advance and is granted based on the availability of the same room. Luggage storage is always free. The property is equipped with a common room with tables and chairs and the staff will be happy to offer a buffet of local desserts from 9:00 A.M. at 11:00 A.M. and a snack from 3.30 pm. to 5.30 pm. Breakfasts can be taken from Monday to Sunday from 7.00 am onwards at the historic bar: ANTICA CAFFETTERIA SPINNATO located about 20 meters away in Via P. di Belmonte n. 107 following the purchase of one of the two vouchers available for our guests.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
