The device not capable to record voices just noise DB levels. Noise levels must not exceed 80 dB. Normal family noise levels will be around 60 DB - busy pub would be 85 DB. If any of the above rules are broken we will send you 2 warnings as well as the sensor flashing and sounding an alarm, if this is ignored our security team will be instructed to enter the property and remove all guests at a charge of £150 will be issued for the disturbance.
Self catering means you should wash and dry all pots, pans, plates etc used.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
